Tafader Publishing was founded by Shahema Tafader in 2019. In the same year it released its first children’s book publication, featuring a Muslim family from Asian backgrounds (Naughty Nisha, a Trip to the Park).

Tafader Publishing aims to represent the voices of minorities, particularly those from ethnic minority groups. Its hope is to create diversity within the publishing world.
